Associate Ministers

    Our mission is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, diligently study the Word of God, and assist with ministerial duties as set forth in the church's bylaws.  The Associate Ministers pledge to be faithful in the service of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as we honor the Baptist doctrine.
 

 Deacons Ministry

    Our mission is to serve Christ as a proclaimer of the Gospel with care and compassion; to build Christian fellowship and the body of Christ; to serve as models for fellow Christians; work to keep unity and peace within the church; advise the pastor on matters pertaining to the welfare and work of the church; seek to know the physical, moral, and spiritual needs of all members, and to serve the whole church and community. 
 

Deaconess Ministry

    The Deaconess Board is one of service.  Our mission is to live daily as examples for Christ.  Our purpose is to help with the needs of the church family, sick and shut in.
 

Trustee Ministry

    To prayerfully manage the finances and property of the church.  To provide a worry free spiritual environment in which to worship the Lord.
 

Youth Ministry

    As instruments in the service to the glory of God, we will strive to teach the youth the Word of God, to train our youth to act and react according to the standards set by the Word of God, and aid our youth in developing Christian practices that will give the light of the Lord Jesus Christ to the world.

Seniors'  Ministry

    Through this fellowship designed especially for the seniors in this community, our goal is to provide a comfortable environment for our seniors to study the Word of God and give their personal testimonies so that they may be bold Christians for the Lord, thereby providing encouragement and instructions to the generations that follow.

Missionary Ministry

    Our mission is to know Jesus Christ, to live daily as examples for Him, and to exalt Him as our Savior.  We pray that our services and assistance will meet the needs of our church family and the community.

Pastor's Aid Ministry

    Assist the pastor and first lady with any physical needs or desires that may arise during their tenure.  The Pastor's Aid Committee is dedicated to planning the pastor's anniversary banquet, birthday and anniversary celebrations, holiday remembrances, and other memorable occasions.

Hospitality 

    The Hospitality Committee's ministry is one of service.  Our purpose is to nourish faith and to spread fellowship by planning, coordinating, and serving meals to the congregation.

Brotherhood Ministry

    Bring men and boys together in the name of Jesus Christ.  Work and fellowship together and do whatever is needed for the church and its members.

Senior Choir 

    Glorify God by ministering to the congregation through song.

Robertson Memorial Chorus

    Enhance the worship service, minister to the community, and win souls for Christ by exalting the name of Jesus Christ through the ministry of music and song.   

Male Chorus

    Our mission is to sing songs of praise each fourth Sunday and minister in song throughout the community.  To lift up the name of Jesus as we seek to glorify His name and encourage others to exalt the Lord.

New Generation Choir

    Win souls to Jesus Christ through songs.

Youth Choir

    Let the praise begin in us.

Missionary Choir 

    Seek to glorify God by reaching people through our music ministry.

Praise Dancers 

    Glorify God through dancing.  "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands."

Church Website

    The website's mission is to give the church a global presence and an opportunity to bring a message of hope to the world.  It was established to create a means by which members of Mt. Olivet can share precious moments with family and friends who live outside of the immediate community.  The website enables our church to publicize its unfolding history.
